Boot Outfitters Policies

Returns:

To return or exchange simply email sales@bootoutfitters.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will not accepted and will be returned to the sender. Returns must be in the original box and show no signs of wear.

The return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility. All returns must be within 90 days of purchase. All returns must be sent to:

Defective Merchandise:

BootOutfitter has a six-month policy for manufacturers defects. This does not include comfort or wear. If you feel the boot is defective you must follow the same steps as in Returns and request a Return Authorization. You should include a letter detailing the defect in the product. Once we receive the product, it will be evaluated and if found to be defective, replaced. If we determine that there is no defect we will return the boot to you. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

In no event will BootOutfitters be liable for consequential damages. BootOutfitter is not responsible for merchandise damaged due to misuse, abuse or neglect or altered by painting, dyeing, cutting, adding zippers, or otherwise, and such merchandise will not be considered for repair, replacement, or credit.
